Production
Ready-to-order timing begins after order confirmation. Custom production begins after product specifications and the digital proof are approved. Production schedules are confirmed for each order and are separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard U.S. orders: Once order details and destination are confirmed, standard orders normally use DDP economy sea shipping. Typical transit is approximately 3–5 weeks after dispatch, depending on destination, customs processing, sailing schedule and final-mile delivery. Production time is separate.
Samples and selected small or lightweight orders: Express small-parcel shipping may be available, with typical transit of approximately 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Custom, special or non-U.S. orders: Shipping method, freight cost and delivery estimate are confirmed separately. Under a confirmed DDP arrangement, door-to-door delivery, customs clearance and applicable import duties are included, so customers should not normally be charged additional customs or import-duty fees on delivery.
Custom Printing
Custom logo printing, sizes, materials and larger quantities are quoted separately. We confirm specifications, artwork approval and shipping terms before production.
