These Terms of Service govern your use of paperleipackaging.com and your purchase of products from PaperLei. By using our website, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any additional order-specific terms confirmed in writing.

About PaperLei

PaperLei supplies food packaging paper products for restaurants, bakeries, cafes, delis, burger shops, takeaway brands and foodservice businesses. Products may include wrapping paper, baking paper, burger paper, tray liners, basket liners, box liners and paper bags, including custom printed versions.

Product Information

We aim to present product information, images, prices, sizes, materials and descriptions clearly. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, production tolerances, paper batches, print methods and manufacturing processes. If you require a specific material, coating, size, color, grease resistance, temperature suitability or food-contact requirement, please confirm it with us before ordering.

Custom Orders

Custom products are made according to your selected product format, artwork, quantity, size, paper type, print direction and approved proof. You are responsible for providing accurate artwork, product requirements, contact details and delivery information.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, returns or refunds may be limited because materials and production capacity may have been committed to your order.

Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property

When you submit artwork, logos, trademarks, patterns, images or brand materials to PaperLei, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for production. You grant PaperLei permission to use those materials only as needed to review, prepare, proof, produce, quality-check and deliver your order.

Proofs and Approvals

If a proof is provided, please review it carefully before approving. Check spelling, logo placement, pattern repeat, colors, dimensions, paper format, quantity and all other production details. Production may proceed after approval, and customer-approved errors may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Prices and Payment

Prices may change from time to time. For standard U.S. orders shipped through confirmed DDP sea service, the agreed logistics arrangement includes door-to-door delivery, customs clearance and applicable import duties. Shipping, taxes or destination charges for samples, express shipments, non-U.S. destinations, special logistics arrangements or separately quoted B2B orders will be confirmed at checkout or in writing. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and Delivery

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

Food-Contact Use

Some PaperLei products are intended for food packaging applications. Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their food type, temperature, grease level, moisture level, storage method and local regulatory requirements. If you need specific food-contact documentation or performance requirements, please confirm them before ordering.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy. Custom-made products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind once approved or produced, but we will review issues involving defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, upload harmful code, scrape content without permission, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics tools and communication tools. These providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PaperLei is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. For business customers, our liability for a product issue may be limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
