Pricing, minimum quantities and timing
Custom pricing is prepared after the paper format, dimensions, print coverage, quantity and delivery destination are reviewed. Production time and shipping time vary by specification. Shipping method, freight cost and delivery estimate are confirmed in the custom quotation, so custom projects are not checked out at the standard product price shown elsewhere in the store.

Can I buy a custom order through normal checkout?
Custom projects require specification review and a tailored quotation before production. Standard, non-custom products can still be purchased directly through the store.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the paper format, size, material and print setup. Share your estimated quantity and PaperLei will confirm the applicable minimum with the quotation.
What artwork files should I send?
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG files are preferred for crisp printing. A high-resolution PNG or clear brand reference can also be used to begin the review.
When will production and delivery timing be confirmed?
Production timing is confirmed with the final specification and quotation. Shipping method, freight cost and delivery estimate are also confirmed individually, based on quantity, destination and delivery requirements.
