Shipping policy

PaperLei ships ready-to-order food wrapping paper, liner paper, air fryer liners, bakery bags and takeaway bags, as well as separately quoted custom packaging. Production or processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Where we currently ship online

Standard online checkout is currently available for eligible United States addresses. For other destinations, bulk orders or special delivery requirements, please request a written quotation before payment.

Ready-to-order products

Ready-to-order products are dispatched within 5 business days after payment is received. This processing period is separate from the transit estimates below. If an unexpected issue affects dispatch, we will contact you about the order.

Custom-made products

Custom production begins only after the product specification, artwork and proof have been approved and any required payment has been received. Unless a written quotation states otherwise, production commonly takes approximately 7 to 15 business days after approval. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

Shipping methods and transit times

Economy DDP Shipping: Tracked delivery, typically 15 to 25 business days after dispatch.

Priority DDP Shipping: Tracked delivery, typically 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Processing or production time is separate. Available methods and charges are calculated from the order weight and shown at checkout. Samples, urgent parcels, orders outside the standard online limits and separately quoted B2B projects may use different arrangements.

Delivery dates are estimates unless PaperLei expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing. Transit can be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, holidays, port delays and other events outside our reasonable control.

Customs and import charges

For confirmed U.S. DDP shipments, the agreed shipping arrangement includes door-to-door delivery, customs clearance and applicable import duties. Different terms may apply to samples, express services, non-U.S. destinations and separately quoted projects; these will be confirmed before payment or in writing.

DDP describes the confirmed delivery and import-clearance arrangement; it does not by itself mean that every sale is exempt from sales tax or other taxes. Any applicable checkout taxes or separately agreed charges are shown before payment.

Tracking

Both Economy and Priority include a tracking number. Tracking updates may take time to appear while a shipment moves between carriers. Contact us with your order number if you need help tracking a delivery.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete delivery address and contact details. Additional charges or delays caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be passed on where permitted by law.

Split, damaged or missing shipments

An order may arrive in more than one package. If a shipment is damaged or missing, keep the packaging and contact hello@paperleipackaging.com promptly with the order number, photographs and a description of the issue.
