Materials & Food Use

Material suitability depends on the specific product, food, temperature and contact time. Contact us for product-specific information before ordering if you need a particular performance standard or compliance document. Serving and wrapping paper should not be treated as cooking paper unless expressly specified.
Artwork & Proof

Ready-to-order products are supplied in the selected option shown on this page; custom artwork is not included. For a separately quoted custom project, we confirm the specifications, artwork approval and required payment before production.
Processing & Production

Ready-to-order products are dispatched within 5 business days after payment. Custom production timing is confirmed in your quote after specifications, artwork and payment are approved. Processing and production are separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping & Delivery

Economy DDP: tracked shipping, typically 15–25 business days after dispatch.
Priority DDP: tracked shipping, typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
